What is your fee structure?
Commission Splits
There is a $12,000 annual cap then a $595 flat fee. For those of you that aren’t familiar with a commission cap, that just means that once you’ve paid MTX $12K through an 80/20 spit, you keep 100% of your commissions for the remainder of the year minus a $595 flat fee per transaction. Using the Texas state average closing price of $343,168 you will clear your cap in just 6 closings. At $450k it just takes 5, $550k takes 4, $650k takes 3... Or you can do it quicker at $1m+ 😎
** Please note that new agents or those who sold fewer than three (3) homes in the past 12 months will be in the MTX Mentor Program. There is an additional 20% split for your first three transactions with your local mentor.
***In order to keep your monthly costs down, there is no broker review fee. Each transaction file will be inspected to ensure your contracts are rock solid!
Profit Share Program
The BIG way that you can earn additional income is by participating in the MTX Realty Profit Share Program and attracting agents to the brokerage, who then meet the production and closed transaction requirements. MTX will share 3.5% of whatever your sponsored agent sells out of the brokerage split, not the agents, until they hit their annual cap. If your agent sells a home that generates $15,000 in gross commission, MTX will share 3.5% with you (i.e. $525).If you bring six agents (cappers) to MTX, you have the ability to earn $12,000 in revenue share every year if the minimum production and closed transaction requirements are met. This program creates an environment where everyone really wants to help one another succeed and it’s working!
Tech Fee
There is a Monthly Fee of $112 that covers the your lead generation tools, E&O insurance, Brokermint, contact management system, Google Business Suite, Agent Attraction Website, MTX Marketing Center and the university tuition that includes 60+ hours on-demand training videos that cover everything from real estate basics, multiple lead generation techniques, channel accounts for massive lead flow to building a team.

MTX provides you with hands on training and your personal MTX Agent Portal with simple to follow, short, step by step videos. As technology advances and workplace methods and strategies improve, MTX Realty continuously strives to align with the changes in an effort to enhance business knowledge, skills, and abilities. Training is a vital component in this process. MTX Realty recognizes the need for training in order to support continuous improvement of systems and processes. We provide high-quality training and continually seek opportunities for innovation.
